Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Fashion Design & Technology (FDT)/M.Sc. in Fashion Design from Butex, BUFT, Shanto-Marium, NIFT, Uttara University
∎ Major in Fashion Designing or Merchandising will be preferred

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Focus on merchandising planning from channel perspective and requirement along with aligning other channels on company level.
∎ Driving net sales and GP for the channel.
∎ Maintain visual merchandising of the stores with uniform supply across Stores in the country.
∎ Work along with VM (Visual Merchandising) for promo and visual change over across stores.
∎ Store wise daily and monthly sales report generation.
∎ Prepare reports required to order the best fit products for Bangladesh Market.
∎ Assist in timely order of Goods considering lead time.
∎ Focus on development along with the brand for additional opportunities.
∎ Negotiate quantities and delivery time-scales.
∎ Provide junior staff training.
∎ Manage levels and distribution of stock.
∎ Handling supply/ production problems as per requirement.
∎ Set stock promotions/price reductions as appropriate.
∎ Assessing sales performance of different ranges.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.

∎ Excellent communication in both written and speaking in English
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office
∎ Possess high sense of responsibility in the order to complete given assignments
