• Candidate Requirements

  This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented leader with strong organizational skills to maintain compliance standards at every stage of production and ensure quality assurance across the board.

  Preferred Background:

  • Experience in Pharma Quality (highly preferred).

  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel (expert in Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint (PPT).

Job Context:

We are seeking a professional Team Leader with proven experience in the Plastic and Pharma industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across all laboratory and production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to Audit and Compliance requirements.

• Perform Validation and Certification activities.

• Conduct Sampling & Analysis of:

  • Raw Materials (RM)

  • Packing Materials (PM)

  • Finished Goods (FG)

• Prepare and review Test Reports of RM, PM & FG.

• Maintain and update Laboratory Reference Documentation for RM, PM & FG.

• Preserve Reference Samples of RM, PM & FG.

• Use SAP software to manage and execute all quality processes.

• Prepare, update, and implement SOPs, Specifications, and other documents as required.

• Carry out Quality Assurance Department (QAD) activities.

• Ensure Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and maintain Housekeeping in laboratory operations.

• Drive a culture of Continuous Improvement through Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodology.

• Undertake any other tasks assigned by management.
