Responsibilities & Context:
Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery and equipment according to operating procedures.
Adjust machine settings as needed to ensure proper production output and quality.
Start and stop machinery based on production requirements.
Monitor production processes to ensure products are made to specification.
Ensure continuous operation of the production line by resolving minor issues or escalating problems to supervisors.
Maintain sufficient material supply during production to prevent downtime.
Maintain accurate production logs, including quantities produced, machine downtime, and maintenance activities.
