Responsibilities & Context:
Classical Leather & Footwear Products Limited is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to lead and manage our production operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and solid experience in leather or footwear manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and oversee daily production operations to ensure smooth and efficient leather and footwear manufacturing processes.
Ensure timely completion of production schedules as per company targets and buyer requirements.
Monitor production activities to achieve set targets while maintaining required quality standards of leather and footwear products.
Optimize the use of manpower, machinery, and raw materials to maximize productivity and minimize wastage in production.
Ensure compliance with company policies, buyer requirements, and health & safety standards within the production floor.
Coordinate with Product Development, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Maintenance teams for uninterrupted production flow.
Analyze production data and prepare accurate reports for management review and strategic decision-making.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
Lead, supervise, and develop the production team through effective training, discipline, and performance management.
Ensure proper machine maintenance coordination and maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized production environment.
