• Daily Production Management: Responsible for daily production output and efficiency in alignment with daily capacity targets.

• Technical Expertise: Possess good knowledge of the Leather shoes & sports shoe production process and technical solutions.

• Supervision: Oversee all production activities to ensure efficient operations and adherence to quality standards.

• Resource Allocation: Efficiently manage resources including manpower, machinery, and materials to optimize production output and minimize costs.

• Line Management: Maintain a sound knowledge of line layout and line balancing.

• Problem Solving: Resolve technical issues related to footwear production in line with customer requirements.

• Quality Control: Responsible for controlling rejections, rework and maintaining product quality.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the production team from the development stage to foresee production bottlenecks and quality problems, and troubleshoot them.

• Production Planning: Develop day-to-day production plans to meet customer delivery dates while focusing on customer requirements.

• Lean Manufacturing: Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of lean tools such as Kanban, Zidoka, 6S, etc.Budgeting: Responsible for manpower budgeting and achieving cost savings as per the monthly budget targets.

• Inventory Management: Follow up on materials inventory to ensure timely input into production.

• Coordination: Coordinate with the Supply Chain team and material handlers to ensure efficient material supply to workstations.

• Quality Assurance: Apply knowledge of modern and updated quality assurance procedures and techniques in footwear production.

• Leadership: Demonstrate strong leadership skills to maintain harmony and retention of production staff.
