Key Job Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and real-time stock records (manual & ERP) for raw materials, leather, accessories, chemicals, and finished goods.
- Oversee bonded warehouse operations, including customs documentation, stock registers, HS codes, and material movement tracking as per NBR regulations.
- Handle special leather inventory issues, including moisture sensitivity, grading, waste tracking, and expiry management.
- Ensure the proper preservation and segregation of leather categories to prevent contamination and maintain quality.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to compliance audits – including store SOPs, inbound/outbound registers, stock transfer notes, and traceability logs.
- Coordinate with Compliance, QA, and Audit teams to ensure audit readiness and timely submission of all required store-related documents.
- Conduct regular physical inventory, cycle counts, and support both internal and third-party audit verifications.
- Lead and supervise the store team; ensure hygiene, safety, discipline, and continuous skill development in bonded and general storage operations.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on stock levels, consumption trends, bonded warehouse status, and audit feedback for management.
