- Applicants should have experience in the following business areas: sweets, fermented milk, lassi, ghee, rice, pickles, fast food items, restaurant items, and packaged food products.
- Sound knowledge on Computer Application (MS office, Accounting software, ERP Tally)
- Should have excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
- Team player and able to coordinate with other departments.

Job Responsibilities
- Ensure quality of raw materials, packaging materials and finished Goods.
- Assist in research and development (R&D) for new products improvements.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, hygiene and sanitation, HACCP & GMP.
- Handle market complaints through sample analysis, root cause investigation and CAPA.
- Verify and monitor CIP parameters as per SOP.
- Must have strong problem solving and decision-making skills for process deviations and quality issues.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and documentation
