• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Leather / Footwear Engineering or Equivalent from a Public, Private or Oversees University.

• Age 26 to 32 years

• Proficiency in Bill of Materials (BOM) creation.

• Strong knowledge of Footwear Product Development process.

• Strong knowledge of material consumption, cost efficiency.

• Prepare and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) in the system for all developed styles.

• Ensure precise material consumption calculations based on product specifications and sample development.

• Coordinate with Product Development, Production, IE, and Planning teams to ensure correct material usage.

• Verify and update BOM revisions whenever there are changes in materials, components, or specifications.

• Ensure smooth handover of product information from the development stage to the manufacturing stage.

• Support costing and planning teams by providing accurate material consumption data.

• Identify and resolve BOM discrepancies or data mismatches before production begins.

• Maintain strong cross-functional communication with all relevant departments to ensure operational efficiency.
