Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure timely completion of repair tasks.
Lead and guide maintenance technicians, assigning work and monitoring performance.
Conduct regular inspections of machinery, equipment, and facilities.
Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed to avoid breakdowns.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and coordinate complex repairs.
Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize operational downtime.
Prepare maintenance reports, logs, and documentation for management review.
Identify improvement areas and recommend upgrades for equipment reliability.
