• Knowledge of CNC cutting, calibration, polishing, and quality testing is an advantage.

Job Description

• United Quartz Stone Industries (Pvt.) Ltd. is delighted to announce that we are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Production Manager to become an integral part of our growing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing all production activities, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards, and optimizing resources for maximum efficiency. This position demands strong leadership skills, strategic planning, and the ability to coordinate effectively across departments to meet production targets and organizational objectives. We are seeking someone with proven experience in managing production operations, driving process improvements, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily quartz stone production activities.

• Monitor raw material preparation, mixing, molding, pressing, curing, and polishing processes.

• Ensure production targets are met with proper efficiency and minimal wastage.

• Maintain machinery, production line, raw material usage, and quality control standards.

• Implement SOPs, improve workflow, and maintain safety compliance.

• Maintain machine performance and coordinate with maintenance teams when required.

• Implement strict quality control (QC) for slabs, colors, thickness, and surface finishing.

• Troubleshoot production problems and ensure consistent product quality.

• Prepare daily production reports and maintain inventory records.

• Develop production schedules and optimize manpower allocation.

• Maintain safety standards and ensure a safe working environment.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports.

• Coordinate with R&D, procurement, and sales departments when needed.
