Job Location: Dhaka
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
Experience:
What we are looking for-
- 0-2 years of work experience. A recent graduate with strong English and a serious work ethic is the right candidate
- Genuinely organized in your daily life. Your phone calendar is used. Your inbox is reasonably under control. You arrive on time
- Comfortable with technology: Google Drive, Slack, Airtable, Calendar. You learn new tools fast
- Strong English (read, write, speak)
- Calm, friendly, and professional. You will be the first face an instructor sees when they arrive at the studio. We need someone they immediately trust
- Willing to be on-site for full shoot days. Some shoot days will be long; most will not
- Honest about what you do not know. We will teach. We cannot teach someone who pretends to already know
What would make us hire you faster-
- Any prior production experience (intern, freelance, student film, YouTube channel — counts)
- Photography or videography hobby. Even informal work shows you understand framing and light
- Familiarity with basic camera and audio terminology
- Working interest in the education sector or in studying / teaching for international curricula yourself
Eudika is a recorded-video O Level prep platform launching in Bangladesh. We are building a small, serious production team to record roughly 300 hours of premium long-form lessons across seven subjects.
This is an entry-level role for someone early in their production career who wants to learn the craft from the inside, with growth into camera operation, editing, or production coordination over 18-24 months.
What you will own-
You are the on-set operational glue. Things move because you make them move. You handle the small, constant, easy-to-forget tasks that keep a shoot day on schedule.
Specifically, you will:
- Set up and break down each shoot day alongside the AV Technician
- Run continuity: keep notes on what was shot, what was retaken, what is still pending
- Slate every take. Maintain the take log
- Ingest footage at end of each shoot day under the AV Technician's supervision
- Maintain file naming convention discipline (this is non-negotiable)
- Run small errands during shoot days: water, tea, batteries, cables, anything an instructor or technician needs
- Set up the green room before each instructor arrives: water, tea, snacks, comfortable seating, working internet, current script printed
- Keep the studio clean and presentable. Marquee instructors notice
- Support the Studio Coordinator with calendar logistics, courier coordination, vendor communication
- Maintain the equipment cage: cables coiled, batteries charged, items returned to labelled positions
What we offer
- A serious team to learn from. The AV Technician will teach you camera. The Editor will teach you post. The Studio Coordinator will teach you operations
- Genuine career growth. Within 18-24 months, you will have a clear path to either AV Technician (the production track) or Junior Editor (the post track) or stay in operations and grow toward Studio Coordinator
- Salary reviewed annually with explicit raise structure if you are progressing toward a defined role
- Modern workplace. No legacy hierarchy, no busywork. We respect your time
