Experience Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in Quality Control (Manufacturing/Garments/Technical Production environment preferred).
• Candidates with experience in woven garments such as pant, jackets and blazers will be highly preferred.
• Practical experience with machine operations and technical troubleshooting is mandatory.
• Experience working with reputed buying houses will be given preference.

• Good report writing and documentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good communication and coordination skills in English and Bangla.

Job Context

A reputed Buying House is seeking an experienced and technically sound Quality Control (QC) professional who has strong knowledge of machine operations and hands-on troubleshooting capability. The candidate must be able to ensure product quality standards while coordinating closely with the production team.

Workplace: Office/Factory

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct inline and final quality inspections as per company and buyer standards.

• Ensure products meet AQL and quality compliance requirements.

• Monitor machine operations and identify technical faults affecting production quality.

• Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting during production when required.

• Prepare quality inspection reports and maintain proper documentation.

• Coordinate with production, technical, and compliance teams to reduce defect rates.

• Ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.

Salary: BDT 45,000 - 50,000 (Negotiable based on experience and qualification) Festival Bonus Other benefits as per company policy
