• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders simultaneously.

• Probation period: 3–6 months.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and responsible factory-based Garments Merchandiser with strong communication and coordination skills to manage orders from inquiry to final delivery. The role requires close coordination with buyers, China teams, factories, and logistics to ensure timely production, quality compliance, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire order lifecycle, from customer inquiry, order confirmation, production follow-up, shipment, to after-sales feedback.

• Coordinate with China teams, factories, and logistics partners to ensure clear understanding of product specifications, quality standards, packaging requirements, and delivery timelines.

• Monitor raw material status including fabrics, trims, and accessories to ensure timely delivery to factories.

• Address and resolve material shortages, delays, or quality issues promptly.

• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to internal management covering production status, quality updates, and potential risks.

• Handle all merchandising documentation, including contracts, inspection reports, shipping documents, and proper record keeping.

• Provide professional input on production feasibility, factory capacity, and cost optimization based on operational experience.

• Support smooth communication between buyers and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Probation Salary: BDT 42,000 per month

• Confirmed Salary: BDT 45,000 per month (after successful completion of probation)

• Transportation: Transportation cost covered when visiting a second factory within the same day
