• Experience in fabric/textile sales or garment industry preferred.

• Knowledge of woven and knit fabrics is an advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Willingness to travel for customer meetings.

• Develop and expand customers including garment factories, buying houses, and apparel brands.

• Maintain strong client relationships through regular visits and follow-ups.

• Promote fabric products with clear understanding of materials, GSM, composition, finishes, and end-use.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and secure orders.

• Confirm order specifications, quantities, pricing, and delivery schedules.

• Coordinate with production and planning teams to ensure smooth execution.

• Track order progress and ensure timely delivery.

• Handle quality issues and after-sales support in coordination with QA and technical teams.

• Collect market intelligence on competitor pricing, fabric trends, and customer demand.

• Prepare and manage sales contracts.

• Follow up on payments and manage accounts receivable.

• Salary: BDT 30,000 – 40,000 (depending on experience)

• Sales Commission: as per policy

• Transportation:

  • Preferably owns a motorcycle or personal vehicle

  • Fuel/oil expenses reimbursable upon submission of expense claims
