·         Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.

·         Minimum 5+ years of experience in plastic/container manufacturing.

·         Strong leadership and team management skills.

·         Good knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes.

·         Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

·         Proficiency in MS Office and production reporting systems.

.         Experience in PET/HDPE container production.

·         Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.

·         Plan, manage, and supervise daily production activities.

·         Ensure production targets are achieved within deadlines.

·         Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance activities.

·         Maintain product quality standards and minimize production wastage.

·         Supervise and motivate production staff and shift operators.

·         Ensure compliance with safety, health, and company policies.

·         Prepare production reports and analyze operational efficiency.

·         Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and quality control departments.

·         Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
