Experience:
Plan, organize, direct, and run daily factory operations to exceed customer expectations in terms of quality, productivity, and delivery.
Drive production efficiency, capacity utilization, and flexibility while minimizing operational costs.
Monitor daily plant utilization vs. capacity and initiate corrective actions for deviations.
Execute daily, weekly, and monthly production planning aligned with sales forecasts and demand.
Monitor KPIs across departments (Production, Maintenance, Store, HR/Admin) and ensure target achievement.
Optimize operational processes to reduce plant overhead, utility costs, and spare parts usage.
Collaborate with SCM for RM/PM planning, stock availability, and Just-In-Time (JIT) delivery.
Work closely with the R&D team to implement new products and reduce cost per unit.
Coordinate with QC to ensure strict quality controls, including sensory evaluation and corrective action.
Maintain effective communication with external entities like BSCIC, VAT/Tax offices, local authorities, and other companies in the industrial area.
Oversee HR, Admin, and Compliance functions; ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and employee welfare.
Lead training and development of department heads, supervisors, and operators to build a skilled workforce.
Manage employee motivation, conflict resolution, grievance handling, and maintain a positive workplace culture.
Implement and maintain an effective chain of command and code of conduct for operational discipline.
Ensure factory machinery and equipment are maintained through scheduled preventive maintenance and breakdown analysis.
Supervise maintenance activities and control use of spare parts effectively.
Ensure physical security, access control, and surveillance across the factory premises.
Implement workplace safety procedures and emergency preparedness plans.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly management reports on production, cost, performance, and operational health.
