Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA / M Com in Accounting or Finance
∎ Professional Certification: ICMA 500-800 Complete
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and prepare a short term and long-term budgetary planning and Costs Management.
∎ Determine monthly product costing and profitability using standard costing system.
∎ Set product price based on unit cost, market price comparison and other factors
∎ Identify and examine financial and nonfinancial risks in order to minimize company risks.
∎ Generate short- and long-term financial forecasting and planning in alignment with production, sales as well as stock management
∎ Identify and implement appropriate and accurate product costing methods for the company
∎ Developing cost standards for materials and labor
∎ Designing and implementing cost accounting systems
∎ Collecting and analyzing data about a company's operational costs
∎ Setting standard costs of manufactured goods
∎ Analyzing production costs and recommending changes
∎ Prepare production cost report according to batch.
∎ Overseeing annual physical inventory
∎ Preparing cost of goods sold and production reports
∎ Reconciling beginning raw materials, work-in-progress and finished-goods stock
∎ Analyzing manufacturing operations, equipment availability and utilization
∎ Performing month-end cost accounting close
∎ Maintaining cost accounting system and cost ledger
∎ Performing life cycle cost-benefit analysis
∎ Analyzing inventory valuations
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Efficient in MS Office Package. Especially in MS EXCEL.
∎ The applicant must be skilled in using different advanced Excel Formulas.
∎ Efficient in data analysis,
∎ Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English (written and oral).
∎ Expertise in analyzing data using statistical software.

Proficiency in using finance management software (TALLY).
Knowledge in Tally software will be given preference.
Must have good skill in MS Office (specially Excel and Word).
Must have clear concept about Cost & Budget..
Hard working and eligible to work under pressure.
