Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Leather engineering/Science/Business from Public, Private or Oversees University.
A PGD/Diploma degree from reputed institution on footwear manufacturing will add more value.
Requirements:

Skills Required: Leadership and Good Communication skill.,Production/ Operation Management
Additional Requirements:
Experienced in troubleshooting sewing
related defects and implementing preventive actions.
Strong technical knowledge of the full leather sewing production cycle process

Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure Productivity and Target achievement by proper support from the Supervisor·
Confirm Target, SMV with IE and Production Planning on previous working day.
Ensure concern line quality and quantity as per SOP and Target. (AQL).
Close shop order as per SOP (1000 pairs within 3 days).
Ensure FTR (First Time Pass) and control rework below 2%.
Process synchronizes to ensure best line balancing and proper utilization of manpower.
