Responsibilities & Context:
Implement and monitor compliance with company safety policies and Bangladesh Labour Law safety provisions.
Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments.
Ensure proper use and availability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Organize fire drills, safety training, and emergency response exercises.
Conduct periodic checks on working conditions, hygiene, and safety measures.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor workplace hygiene, sanitation, and occupational health standards.
Participate in 5S, Kaizen, and TPM activities related to safety and environment.
Recommend improvements in process safety and environmental controls.
