🌟 About the Role

We are looking for an Upwork Specialist / Manager with 1–2 years of relevant experience who can handle UI/UX Design, CMS Development, Video, and Social Media Design projects.  

Your role will include bidding on relevant Upwork projects, identifying high-quality opportunities, writing winning proposals, handling client communication, and coordinating with our internal teams to ensure smooth project handover.

This is a full-time, on-site position requiring strategic thinking, excellent communication, and proven success in Upwork bidding.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

- Bid on high-potential Upwork jobs in the following categories:

• UI/UX Design (Web, App, Branding, Prototyping, Figma/Adobe XD)

• CMS Development (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Framer, Webflow)

• Video Production & Editing (Reels, Short-form Content, Promotional Videos)

• Social Media Design (Posts, Reels, Ads, Graphics)

- Submit tailored proposals with accurate pricing & timelines.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand project requirements.
- Conduct Zoom/Google Meet calls to finalize project scope.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Track all proposals, follow-ups, and conversions using Google Sheets or CRM.
- Meet daily/weekly bidding and conversion targets.

✅ Requirements

- Upwork Expertise:  Proven success in at least one of the categories above, with 1–2 years of hands-on experience handling client projects and bidding on Upwork
- Excellent written & verbal English communication.
- Strong client-handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Ability to handle multiple proposals and clients simultaneously.
- Experience coordinating with design, development, and content teams.
