Education:
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Chemical Technical/Engineering
- Diploma
- Diploma/B.Sc in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Civil Engineering, or related field.

- Knowledge of ETP operation & Wastewater Treatment, Understanding DOE environmental Compliance
- 1–3 years (ETP operation experience preferred)
Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor daily ETP operation and ensure smooth functioning.
Check inflow, outflow, and treatment process parameters.
Maintain DO, pH, MLSS, temperature, and chemical dosing levels.
Conduct wastewater quality tests (pH, BOD, COD, TDS, DO, SS, etc.).
Ensure treated water meets DOE standard limits.
Maintain chemical stock and ensure proper chemical dosing.
Oversee sludge management, drying, and safe disposal.
Maintain ETP logbooks, test records, and operational reports.
Prepare monthly/annual ETP performance reports.
Perform preventive maintenance and monitor equipment health.
Report breakdowns and follow up on corrective maintenance.
Prepare documents for Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) and Environmental Certificate for Captive Power License.
Ensure timely renewal of all environmental certificates.
Prepare documents for periodic water testing.
Maintain all DOE-required environmental compliance documents.
Submit yearly environmental reports to DOE.
Coordinate with DOE officials during inspections.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and discharge standards.
Support buyer audits with ETP and environmental records.
