• Working experience in ERP software (preferable).

1. Ensure smooth production with qualified products to meet the production target.

2. Monitor the production process, parameters, checklists, materials, and surrounding environment.

3. Maintain quality control standards as per company requirements.

4. Distribute section-wise work as per production schedule.

5. Ensure day-to-day ERP operations are carried out properly.

6. Prepare daily production reports and submit them to the Shift In-charge.

7. Identify problems in the production process and implement appropriate solutions.

8. Maintain good housekeeping and ensure all relevant paperwork is updated.

9. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and guiding personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources.

10. Manage the shift and supervise employees to ensure discipline and productivity.

11. Handover the shift in a proper and systematic manner.

12. Keep records of employee attendance and hours worked.

13. Attend departmental or general meetings and training sessions as required.
