Education:

Skills Required: Communication in English,Computer Literacy,Critical Thinking,ISO 9001:2015,Leadership,QC tools,Quality assurance and control,Root Cause Analysis
Additional Requirements:
- Age 24 to 40 years
Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS)Familiarity with ISO standards (especially ISO 9001:2015; sector-specific ISO if applicable)
QC tools & techniques (control charts, sampling methods, inspection techniques)
Physical & chemical testing: pH, viscosity, appearance, specific gravity, foam test, rheology
Microbiological testing: TPC, yeast & mold, pathogen testing (E. coli, S. aureus, P. aeruginosa)
Preservative Effectiveness Test (PET) / Challenge Test
Stability studies (real-time & accelerated), freeze–thaw, thermal and light stability
Packaging compatibility testing
Responsibilities & Context:
Quality Management System (QMS):
Develop, implement, and maintain ISO/GMP-compliant QMS for personal care manufacturing.
Conduct regular audits (internal & external) and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Lead document control for SOPs, quality manuals, and specifications.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with local and international regulations (e.g., BSTI , EU Cosmetics Regulation, ISO 22716).
Manage product registration and safety documentation
Product Quality & Testing:
Oversee incoming raw material inspection, in-process, and final product quality checks.
Collaborate with R&D and production teams on QA FG testing including microbial testing
Handle product release and batch record review.
Supplier & Customer Quality:
Audit and qualify suppliers .
Address customer complaints with root cause analysis and implement CAPAs.
Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor the QA/QC team.
Deliver training on GMP, hygiene, and product handling to cross-functional teams.
