• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering or M.Sc. in any relevant discipline from a reputed University.

• Excellent understanding of apparel manufacturing processes, materials, andrelevant production technologies.

• Solid understanding of TQM principles and manufacturing processes involvedin ensuring continuous quality improvement.

• Comprehensive knowledge of different apparel product life cycles, including re-engineering requirements, durability assessments, and performance evaluations.

• Manage and oversee quality operations of assigned apparel factories,ensuring all quality guidelines are followed consistently.
• Maintain clear understanding of the apparel production process and ensure process-wise quality controls are effectively implemented.
• Set and achieve target business metrics by defining daily, weekly, and monthly quality performance goals for all coverage factories.
• Conduct 4-point fabric inspections and perform comprehensive final garment inspections with strong knowledge of quality standards.
• Independently handle all quality improvement activities and drive continuous enhancement across operations.
• Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to sustain cost-effective KPIs, focusing on minimizing consumer complaints, rework, and rejection.
• Ensure all processes follow the "Right First Time" quality approach to reduce defects and improve efficiency.
• Possess strong knowledge of required physical tests (Yarn, Fabric, Finished Garment) and relevant standards such as SATRA and ISO.
• Demonstrate good understanding of apparel products, product re-engineering, and SOPs across various manufacturing processes.
• Lead and execute action plans to achieve key quality KPIs.
