• B.Sc. in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering from any well-reputed institute.

• Working experience in ERP software (preferable).

• Plan, supervise, and execute daily injection molding operations.

• Ensure production targets (quantity & quality) are achieved as per the monthly plan.

• Monitor machine parameters, cycle time, mold temperature, and material flow for optimal output.

• Ensure all ERP-related activities are completed accurately and on time.

• Coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize machine downtime.

• Ensure all molded battery containers/lids meet required specifications and tolerances.

• Perform in-process quality checks and maintain relevant quality records.

• Identify defects (warpage, short shots, flash, cracks, shrinkage, etc.) and take corrective actions.

• Ensure proper implementation of SOPs and QC guidelines.

• Assist in mold changeover and mold setup activities.

• Monitor mold performance and report any abnormalities.

• Ensure proper clamping, injection pressure, temperature settings, and cycle optimization.

• Maintain 5S and cleanliness around machines, molds, and working areas.

• Maintain daily production reports, material consumption records, rejection reports, and machine logbooks.

• Prepare shift-wise and daily performance reports and submit to management.

• Ensure proper manpower allocation in each shift.

• Conduct basic training on machine operation, safety, and quality.

• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and proper use of PPE in the molding area.
