Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 18 to 35 years
  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience in the Quality Department of a Spinning Mill is mandatory.

  • Strong understanding of yarn quality parameters, raw cotton characteristics, and spinning processes.

  • Ability to analyze technical issues and recommend effective solutions.

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

  • Willingness to travel to the factory minimum 3 days per week.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context

We are looking for the potential candidates having interest to work with quality department and willing to develop their career in Textile sector.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work from the Dhaka (Gulshan) office while maintaining continuous coordination with the factory quality team.

  • Visit the factory at least 3 days a week, or as required, to identify and understand real-time operational and quality issues.

  • Coordinate with the Planning Team to align production schedules with established quality standards.

  • Work closely with the Marketing Team to understand customer requirements, quality expectations, and feedback.

  • Collaborate with various technical teams, including:

    • Production

    • Maintenance

    • Electrical

    • Humidification Plant

  • Analyze and report quality concerns, raw cotton parameter issues, and technical problems to management for timely decision-making.

  • Ensure effective communication across departments to resolve quality-related issues quickly.

  • Monitor product quality standards and support process improvement initiatives.

  • Follow up on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

  • Assist in implementing quality protocols, SOPs, and best practices across production units.

  • Any other tasks as assigned by management.
