Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ PGDHRM from BIM
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CKPI,cHRBP

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR Accounting, hr analytics, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Performance Management System

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop strategic HR Policy, Procedures & Guidelines;
∎ Perform and ensure core HR activities and practices in the whole organization;
∎ Develop organization structure with appropriate reporting matrix to attain the optimum operational efficiency;
∎ Plan, coordinate, and participate in recruitment and selection processes and ensure that a fair recruitment policy is followed;
∎ Develop and implement cost effective compensation and benefit policies;
∎ Develop strategy to establish appropriate HR processes and practices in the organization as per management's directives;
∎ Facilitation and co-ordination of the performance review and employee development programs
∎ Prepare quarterly and Yearly HR report;
∎ Prepare quarterly and Yearly HR Budget;
∎ Build and maintain effective working relations with management and employees to provide advice and counsel to both on employee-related and organizational matters;
∎ Protect interests of employees and the company in accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations;
∎ Mentor and guide leaders to manage their own performance and of their teams and create pipeline of potential leaders;
∎ Implement successfully PMS, training and development related processes to meet the ultimate goal of the organization;
∎ Coach and develop HR team members to achieve business plan objectives in alignment with application of the People Strategy;
∎ Ensure a motivational climate in the organization, including adequate opportunities for career growth and development;
∎ Provide Counsel and assistance to employees at all levels in accordance with the company's policies and procedures as well as relevant legislation;
∎ Oversee the employee welfare and grievance related issue;
∎ Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Effective interpersonal and communication skills; strong customer service orientation; strong abilities to work well in a team environment (cooperative and collaborative behavior);
∎ Excellent written and spoken English;
∎ Flexible to daily priorities changing and able to juggle many tasks and meet all deadlines in an accurate and timely manner;
∎ Proficiency in PC applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
∎ Strong organization skill;
∎ Good interpersonal skills;
∎ Well conversant with Employment Ordinance, Employees' Compensation and Tax regulations;
∎ A broad understanding of all areas of Human Resources;

Salary: Negotiable
