Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Have to be complete knowledge with BGMEA, NBR/Custom, EPB, BOI/DOT, CCIE and works for other Corporate License/ issues.
∎ • Responsible to collect all Master L/C, Sales Contract and monitoring to preparing documents for all types of BTB L/C, FTT, FDD for raw materials procurement for Export.
∎ • Handle all banking and corresponding with bank and other regulatory concern.
∎ • Follow up Import & local export documentation and submitted to bank.
∎ • Dependable to submit Export documents to Bank for negotiation with buyers bank for bill realization.
∎ • Follow up the payment realization & disbursement the funds after getting the payment.
∎ • Follow up of Import L/C and ensure proper HS code for timely clearance from customs and save additional cost.
∎ • Able to follow up shipping documents endorsement from Bank and send to C&F with others documents.
∎ • Able to report EXP, Bill of Entry in Bank on time to avoid any over dues.
∎ • Communicate with banks for timely collection of Proceeds Realization Certificate (PRC).
∎ • Capable to work in ERP software.
∎ • Any other work assigned by the management.
