Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for collaboration with project stakeholder
∎ Capture business and functional requirement and supervise technical staff to create and deliver solutions.
∎ Determine root cause for business problem
∎ Prepare BRS, SRS, etc. Business Analysis document according to organizational policy.
∎ Responsible for providing technical, administrative, and operational leadership to assigned projects and tasks.
∎ Possess up to date knowledge about stakeholder management.
∎ Reviews future project requirements and develops strategies for future work.
∎ May also need to perform high level technical services on assigned tasks.
∎ Maintain up to date knowledge of Business Analysis.
∎ Development Skill

∎ Project Management Skill

∎ Age at most 42 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience as Software Developer &/ minimum 2 years of experience as Business Analyst
∎ Clear and strong communication, with the ability to effectively work with all areas of the organization.
∎ A strategic and critical thinker with the ability to see the big picture yet still work in the details as/when needed.
∎ The ability to analyze business needs and conceive, design, and develop innovative solutions.
∎ Strong analytical and problem solving skills
