Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical in any discipline, Diploma in Civil in any discipline
∎ Must have 8+ years' experience in Operating Block Machines and Batching Plants where Mechanical / Civil Engineering Diploma Degree holders will be preferred.
∎ Must have knowledge about the Paving Block Machine (AME PFS-1000) and Concrete Batching Plant (EUROTEC) with products such as Uni Paving Block, Double Interlocked Block, IPS Block, Kerb Stone, Hollow Block, Erosion Control Block etc.
∎ Must have knowledge to operate accurate and maintain the command system of Paving Block and Batching Plant.
∎ Be prepared for work day, night and weekends if necessary.
∎ Must be prepared to perform other assigned responsibilities as required.

∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Determines stops or guides for specific lengths as indicated by scale, rules or templates.
∎ Observes machine operation to detect product defects or machine defects.
∎ Product review for imperfections or abnormal appearance meets product requirements by ensuring product.
∎ Performs routine machine maintenance.
∎ Identify the process deviation and perform the root cause / corrective action.
∎ Assist other operators to set deadlines and set up machines and any other necessary work for product completion.
∎ Ensure that all household chores are maintained in the designated area in a clean and orderly fashion.
∎ Collaborates with other departments to identify product and service improvement opportunities.
∎ Operates the plant in compliance with all company policies, procedures and government regulations.

∎ Age 25 to 30 years
