Responsibilities & Context: Job Summary Position: IT Technician (Hardware & Software) Job Location: Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: Negotiable Experience Required: 3–5 Years Experience Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT hardware and software support. Additional Requirements Male candidates only. Experience in Facility Management projects will be preferred. Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia or other Gulf countries will be given priority. Candidates must be medically and physically fit to work in Saudi Arabia. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems. Excellent troubleshooting and technical support skills. Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications. Good command of English (speaking, reading, and writing). Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software systems. Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices. Monitor system performance and ensure smooth IT operations. Install, update, and configure software applications and operating systems. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues. Coordinate with project teams and end users to provide effective IT support. Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper documentation of IT resources and activities.
