Responsibilities & Context: Key Responsibilities: Manage customer relationships and credit realization activities. Monitor customer accounts, outstanding balances, and payment schedules. Follow up with clients regarding due and overdue payments. Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Accounts, Resort Operations, and Customer Service teams. Prepare aging, collection, recovery, and credit realization reports. Analyze customer payment behavior and identify recovery opportunities. Maintain accurate CRM records and customer information. Resolve customer complaints and payment-related issues. Ensure data accuracy across CRM and ERP systems. Prepare MIS reports and management dashboards. Monitor customer satisfaction and retention. Support cash collection forecasting and planning. Coordinate with Legal and Finance departments regarding overdue accounts. Ensure compliance with company policies and credit terms. Maintain strict confidentiality of customer and business information. Experience: 4–8 years of experience in BPO/Data Entry, Direct Selling/Marketing Services, Real Estate, Group of Companies, or Land Management. Age: 30–40 years Gender: Not Specified
