Responsibilities & Context: Key Responsibilities: Sell company shares and real estate projects. Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective clients. Present properties according to clients’ requirements and preferences. Identify potential buyers and achieve assigned sales targets. Assist customers with property visits, negotiations, and deal closures. Coordinate sales activities with the Marketing team. Identify new market opportunities and potential client segments. Participate in sales planning, forecasting, and budgeting. Build long-term relationships with clients and business partners. Conduct market and competitor research. Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports and forecasts. Represent the company at industry events and client meetings. Promote the organization’s products and services.
