Experience in ERP software is mandatory.
Responsibilities & Context:
Brand Management: Developing and executing marketing plans, positioning, and promotional strategies for specific drug portfolios.
New Product Launches: Identifying market needs, coordinating product development/sourcing, and planning the commercial launch of new formulations.
Promotional Materials: Designing visual aids, leave-behinds, literature, and digital content for sales representatives.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Formulating annual marketing budgets, sales targets, and product lifecycle strategies.
Field Force Support: Training medical representatives (MRs), conducting Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, organizing symposia, and accompanying field teams on doctor visits.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaising with production, Quality Assurance (QA/QC), regulatory affairs, medical services, and sales departments.
