Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in e-commerce, online page management, or digital sales.
Smart, energetic, and fluent in both Bengali and basic English communication.
Must have good typing speed and basic computer knowledge (internet browsing, and social media handling).
Ability to handle online customers politely and work under pressure during peak sales or campaign times.
#Experience in relevant fields will be given preference; however, fresh candidates with a positive learning attitude are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities & Context
Manage online orders, customer chats, and queries across social media pages (Facebook/Instagram).
Coordinate with delivery partners and courier services for timely product dispatch.
Update product listings, prices, and stock availability on digital platforms.
Assist customers with product details, sizing, and pricing to drive online sales.
Maintain digital sales records and daily order reports.
