Additional Requirements
HR & Administration বিভাগে কমপক্ষে ৫ বছরের বাস্তব কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
Bangladesh Labour Law, Recruitment, Payroll, Disciplinary Procedures এবং HR Compliance সম্পর্কে ভালো ধারণা থাকতে হবে।
MS Office এবং HR/ERP Software ব্যবহারে দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
শক্তিশালী Leadership, Communication, Negotiation, Coordination & Problem-Solving Skills থাকতে হবে।
