• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
• Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Civil Engineering

• Age At least 27 years

• Experience in industrial projects will be preferred.

• Strong hands-on experience is essential.

• Strong practical knowledge or hands-on experience of civil construction and maintenance.

• Good knowledge of estimation, measurement and contractor supervision.

• Ability to read civil or structural drawings.

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction, maintenance, repair and renovation works.

• Handle practical civil maintenance issues and provide cost-effective solutions.

• Inspect factory buildings, roads, drainage systems, floors, roofs, boundary walls and other civil structures and submit reports to the factory head.

• Supervise contractors' workers and site activities to ensure quality and timely completion.

• Prepare estimates, BOQ, material requirements and work schedules.

• Check construction materials, measurements and contractor bills.

• Coordinate with workers, Production, Administration, and other departments.

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety regulations and construction standards.

• Identify project risks, technical issues, and delays, and recommend practical solutions.

• Monitor material consumption and prepare measurement sheets, work progress reports, and material reconciliation statements.
