Educational Requirements:

Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: Lead and manage capacity development activities at the region level for effective training delivery of all training facilitators of Skills Development Programme.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop capacity assessment tools and other resources to measure the performances of Trainer, Marketing Associate, Job placement Officer and trainee's learning.
∎ Conduct training need assessment (TNA) to identify the area of improvement for each of the SDP's Trainer, Marketing Associate, and Job placement officer.
∎ Regularly observe the trade wise training and ToT to identify the trainer's improvement area (training delivery, method, pedagogical aspect, etc.) and prepare a database to design the capacity building training.
∎ Coordinate with the Regional Manager to prepare a yearly capacity development calendar for all training facilitators and to ensure the capacity building activities are valued and trusted by the operation team at the regional level.
∎ Ensure the staff capacity development through coaching, mentoring, and conducting training at the local level to increase the training facilitator's capacity and capability in terms of training delivery.
∎ With the guidance of the supervisor, coordinate with the Regional Manager to develop and review all training modules/ materials and schedule for updating the training activities effectively.
∎ Evaluate the effectiveness of the developed materials, modules, assessment and training methods by analyzing test data, FGD findings, Institute visits and feedback from management staff.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong knowledge of training and facilitation methods, tools and techniques.
∎ Knowledge of module and training materials development.
∎ Expertise in people management and report writing.
∎ Skills in decision making and problem-solving.
∎ Should be result-oriented, flexible and creative.
∎ Ability to work autonomously with highly developed problem-solving abilities.
∎ Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Bangla.
∎ Minimum 02 years' of work experience preferably in technical and vocational education and skills sectors (Government/ Non-Government) and in providing training.
