Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS from any recognised university/ institution. Candidates having MPH degree will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with site coordinator and field supervisors and assist in training for all type of field staffs in project implementation areas
∎ Prepare SOP and ensure quality assurance for field implemented project activities
∎ Perform routine inspections and ensure quality test at community & health facility level
∎ Provide guidance to improvement of healthcare providers, who are involved in recording patients' clinical history and summarize medical facts
∎ Describe the procedures of sampling and guidelines for collection and reporting quality data
∎ Participate in monthly meeting at upazila and at different level
∎ Identify and discuss the issues and propose solutions with superiors
∎ Document quality assurance activities reports for project management and donors and detect areas for improvement
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience Requirement: Minimum 02 years of experience in public health sector. Working experience in communicable diseases will be given preference.
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge on strategy of programme implementation
∎ Knowledge on training on quality assurance
∎ Knowledge on organizational procedure, reporting and recording
∎ Excellent presentation, communication and networking skills
∎ Problem solving and negotiation skills
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Bengali and English
∎ Excellent computer skills with all Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
