Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS/ Masters/ MBA in MIS/ Finance/ Accounting/ Statistics/ Bio- Statistics/ Economics/ Business Studies or any relevant subject from any recognised university/ institution
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strengthen Government's (NTP) TB control programme M&E system through integrated monitoring supervision of field activities
∎ Check the financial report and finance spot check at field level to avoid compliance issue through extensive field visits
∎ Regular on-site data (programmatic and financial) validation by spot check
∎ Liaison with NTP M&E staff to ensure that all tasks are carried out in accordance with NTP guidelines and support to develop/ revise national M&E framework
∎ Onsite validation of TB 10, 11 and 12 using treatment register through extensive field visit
∎ Onsite data validation of drug and logistic through extensive field visit
∎ Assesses any other task as per program need like assist in proposal/concept note development along with other documents (budget, work plan)
∎ To help develop the overall framework/ reporting format of the monitoring and evaluation activities
∎ To prepare SR's consolidated programmatic reports and coordinate with the SR's for error free data entry and SRs monthly finically and programmatic activities tracking
∎ To support implementation of monitoring and evaluation, check the quality of data produced through regular field visit
∎ Data analysis, Data compilation and different programmatic report generation and assist and help prepare project work plan
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience Requirement: Minimum 03 years of work experience in relation to grant management/ monitoring and evaluation
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong knowledge on data collection, data analysis and data management
∎ Knowledge on programme monitoring and evaluation
∎ Knowledge on research findings analysis and reporting
∎ Excellent knowledge on Microsoft office package
∎ Excellent in statistical data analysis software, statistical data analysis and data compilation
∎ Have skills on problem solving and teamwork
∎ Have skills on effective communication and report writing
∎ Capacity to work independently in the field with minimum guideline
