Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters from any discipline in Social Science/ Science/ Education from any reputed university with minimum second class in all exams/CGPA 2.5 and above or equivalent

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Development of life skills materials for adolescent contextualizing Rohingya context in Bhasan Char. Development of Teacher Training Manual.
∎ Conduct need based FGD, meetings, training on the developed materials with different stakeholders like-students, teachers, trainers, translators, GO and NGO personnel at different level.
∎ Coordinate with Graphics and Illustrator and field operation team for development and review of material finalization.
∎ Coordinate with field team to demonstrate the materials in adolescent centres.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the projects' goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned by the higher authority

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience Requirement:
∎ Minimum 2 to 3 years of work experience in developing education materials preferably related to primary and secondary levels will be given preference and Candidates have previous work experiences of BRAC will be given preference.
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ KNOWLEDGE: Clear knowledge of educational system and curriculum, pedagogical concept and clear perception of training related aspects.
∎ SKILLS: Facilitation skill as a trainer, report writing and research conduction skill including tools development and data analysis.
∎ COMPETENCIES: Event, workshop, meeting and training management. Computer skills (MS Offices, SPSS etc).
