∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
General HR, HR Operations
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support and guidance to business functions on workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and HR policies.
∎ Maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps).
∎ Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
∎ HR Software Maintain, Implementation & Enhancement (If required).
∎ Carry-out Training Need Assessment and accordingly prepare a yearly training plan
∎ Conduct staff awareness programs (Foundation training, Gender, workplace safety, etc.).
∎ Follow-up the implementation of internal training courses of the organization as well as projects.
∎ Assist in forming HR rules/ policies and implement the same
∎ Provide guidelines on performance appraisal and conclude the process including the awarding annual increment process.
∎ Work closely with key business stakeholders to ensure that all HR plans, projects, and initiatives are effectively communicated and implemented.

∎ Age 24 to 28 years
