Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
∎ Master’s Degree or Any professional certification like -Six Sigma certification, or similar certifications will be a plus.

∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Source and negotiate competitive cost solutions within assigned product categories in support of the company’s go-to-market strategy promptly.
∎ Identify and collaborate with Preferred suppliers that can meet the technical needs of the request; this may require collaboration with non-Preferred suppliers or a search for new suppliers which can support the technical requirements of the product.
∎ Utilize product knowledge to provide alternative product solutions or recommendations in competitive situations or when a functional equivalent is permitted.
∎ Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
∎ Evaluate and qualify suppliers based on their capabilities, reliability, and financial stability.
∎ Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize procurement processes and achieve cost savings while maintaining quality standards.
∎ Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with suppliers.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their sourcing requirements and provide guidance on procurement best practices.
∎ Monitor supplier performance, including quality, delivery, and service levels, and take necessary actions to address any issues or concerns.
∎ Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation and develop strategies to streamline the supply chain.
∎ Stay up to date with emerging technologies and innovations in sourcing and procurement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist or in a similar procurement role in Electronics and home appliances or smartphone and accessories industry is a must.
∎ Deep understanding of the global consumer electronics/technology market, including suppliers, products, and trends.
∎ Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Proficient in using sourcing and procurement software.
∎ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
