Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Graphic Design
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Determining which art, photos or other visual elements are best for a project.
∎ Developing the overall style for an advertising campaign, publication, or film
∎ Managing the design staff.
∎ Liaising with the client, refining their desired artistic style, setting goals with them, providing updates, receiving suggestions and feedback, and presenting the final project
∎ Developing timelines and budgets for each project and adhering to them
∎ Coordinating activities within different creative departments, like animation, video editing and graphic design
∎ Presenting the completed design to the clients for final approval
∎ Working with the creative team or design staff in the evaluation of client requests and development of project strategies
∎ Performing research to understand brand objectives, industry trends, or target markets.
∎ Hiring, training, and supervising creative and design team members.
∎ Coordinating resources with other departments to ensure cohesive and on-budget campaign efforts.
∎ Addressing any staff, design, or process obstacles as they arise and guiding the team to overcome them.
∎ Ensuring all campaign elements remain in alignment with client and company needs.
∎ Seeking ways to improve creative processes to increase quality, efficiency, and output.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 03-05 years of proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative role, preferably in the technology or consumer electronics industry.
∎ Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and user-centered design principles.
∎ Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of developing innovative and impactful creative solutions.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and influence stakeholders.
∎ Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
∎ Proficiency in using creative software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, to provide guidance and feedback to designers.
∎ Familiarity with digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and emerging technologies in the creative field.
∎ Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to measure the success of creative strategies and campaigns.
∎ Passion for technology, consumer electronics, and staying updated with industry trends and innovations.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
