Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install, configure, and maintain hardware components including desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and peripherals.
∎ Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues reported by users in a timely manner.
∎ Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
∎ Troubleshoot network connectivity problems and implement appropriate solutions.
∎ Install and update software applications and operating systems on user devices.
∎ Provide technical support to end-users, including training and assistance with software applications.
∎ Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, inventory, and network configurations.
∎ Collaborate with the IT team to implement security measures and ensure data protection.
∎ Assist in planning and implementing IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
∎ Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and recommend improvements for the IT infrastructure.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in hardware, network, and software maintenance.
∎ Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
∎ Familiarity with network protocols, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPN.
∎ Experience in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
∎ Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
∎ Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
