∎ Ability to work under pressure;

∎ Fluent in English speaking & writing is must;
∎ Sound knowledge in computer operation;
∎ Having working experience in ERP software will get preference.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sourcing Trims & Accessories as per buyer requirement by maintaining quality & competitive price;
∎ Should have proper knowledge about all kinds of trims & accessories specially thread & zipper;
∎ Must have proper knowledge about Sourcing, Negotiation and Incoterms;
∎ Negotiating the price of different types of Trims & Accessories according to the customer’s target and nature of items to be sourced with profit;
∎ Submit the quality to the related concern merchandiser/buyer to get the approval;
∎ Selecting supplier by comparing price, quality, and reputation;
∎ Prepare the competitive & comparative statement and submit it to the management for price approval;
∎ Negotiate & prepare contracts with the suppliers;
∎ Managing the suppliers to meet production needs;
∎ Attention to cost, quality, and timely delivery;
∎ Regular visit to the market to find new vendors & to get the actual price;
∎ Regularly communicating with the management and report the present status accordingly.
