∎ Minimum Graduate/ Hon's/ Masters/ BBA, MBA, BIFT/ NIFT Merchandising Degree/ Engineering in Textile will get preference

∎ At least 2 year(s)

Merchandsing, Raw Materials Sourcing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Adopt selection processes with supplier to ensure fair competition.
∎ Assist in ongoing records and information review to determine the effectiveness of work processes and procedures.
∎ Carry out procurement activities based on product details and customer needs.
∎ Conduct checks on documentation required for trade transactions.
∎ Create list of preferred supplier based on selection processes.
∎ Determine inventory levels of products.
∎ Gather data on potential supplier that fulfil procurement requirements.
∎ Manage relationships with organizational network and external vendors for procurement.
∎ Monitor compliance of organization’s procurement targets.
∎ Plan work improvement activities and performance improvement strategies.
∎ Support negotiation efforts with information on agreed contract terms with preferred Supplier.
∎ Test quality of products based on procurement requirements and quality assurance standards.
∎ Work with Finance & commercial departments to support payment processes to sellers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Exceptional business writing skills and can visualize as well as convey a message into relevant and interesting content;
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and must be able to communicate with buyers and suppliers via e-mails independently;
∎ Expertise on Microsoft office applications, Adobe Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator;
∎ Ability to handle workload and manage multiple tasks at a time under stressed environment.
