Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, executed, and delivered software projects on time, within scope, and budget.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders.
∎ Define project goals, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
∎ Manage project risks and create mitigation strategies.
∎ Facilitate team communication and ensure clarity in project requirements and deliverables.
∎ Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and management.
∎ Foster a culture of continuous improvement by integrating feedback and lessons learned into future projects.
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
∎ Proven experience as a Software Project Manager or in a similar role.
∎ Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
∎ Excellent leadership and team management skills.
∎ Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
∎ PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
