Educational Requirements:
∎ University Graduate Preferably Law or Related Courses.
∎ Diploma or MA in Social Compliance.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement the company compliance program and its related activities.
∎ Provide periodic review and carry out evaluation of the compliance activities in the factory.
∎ Report regularly to the Regional Head and Compliance Manager on the status.
∎ Identify potential areas of compliance violations and risks in the factories and ensure preemptive action plan is taken immediately.
∎ Maintain a working knowledge of relevant issues, laws, and regulations thru periodicals, seminars, training programs and peer contact.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge of social compliance requirements of well-known American buyers is a MUST.
∎ Minimum 5 (five) years in the same capacity
∎ Must have experience in 3rd Party Audit in a buying house or factory setting
∎ Honest, pro-active, a self-starter and responsible
∎ Able and willing to work under pressure
∎ Team Player

∎ Salary commensurate to qualifications.
