∎ মাইক্রোক্রেডিট রেগুলেটরি অথরিটি (এমআরএ) সনদ প্রাপ্ত কোন স্বনামধন্য এনজিও/আর্থিক প্রতিষ্ঠানে ঋণ কার্যক্রমে একসাথে ৫০ টি ব্রাঞ্চ পরিচালনায় কমপক্ষে ৭ বছরের বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে এবং রিপোর্টিং এ দক্ষ হতে হবে।

∎ অধিক অভিজ্ঞতাসম্পন্ন প্রার্থীর ক্ষেত্রে বেতন ভাতা আলোচনা সাপেক্ষে নির্ধারিত হবে এবং বয়স শিথিলযোগ্য। ব্রাঞ্চ পরিদর্শনের জন্য গাড়ী সুবিধা এবং নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী অন্যান্য সুবিধাদি প্রাপ্য হবেন।
∎ সাপ্তাহিক ০২ দিন ছুটি এছাড়াও নিয়ম অনুযায়ী পি.এফ, গ্রাচুয়্যিটি, চিকিৎসা সেবা সহায়তা, বৈশাখী ভাতা, উৎসব ভাতা প্রদান করা হবে।
